Dear WEF attendee,

As part of the WEF, during your registration, you expressed your interest in participating in the on-site visits (see the detailed program on the event website on Friday, October 7 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, in order to discover the richness of the Grenoble innovation ecosystem. We will arrange transportation to the tour sites, which will then bring you back to the WEF site for lunch.

For organizational reasons, the number of places being limited, and for security reasons, I thank you for informing us of your preferential choices as soon as possible. Indeed, please note that these visits are limited to 15 or 20 participants at most and that a valid ID (passport for non-EU visitors, passport or ID card for EU members) is required to register and to enter the premises (at least 3 weeks in advance for Clinatec and Y Spot; 2 weeks for the other visits).

We invite you to select two visits only (in order of preference) and we will do our best to accommodate you.
