We are delighted to host the High Level Forum (HLF) Summit 2026 in Grenoble, one of European leading research and innovation ecosystems, from February 2nd  to February 4th. For many years, HLF is a distinctive network fostering trust-based, long-term relationships with the pinnacle being the HLF annual Summit. The Summit serves as a unique platform for collaboration and the exchange of ideas, with the aim of fostering partnerships and driving future progress, and unlocking the potential of innovation ecosystems worldwide.

This year's main topic, "From Research to reality, innovating in a world of great change" promises to fuel some very interesting discussions between representatives of partner ecosystems such as Stanford, Tsukuba, Hsinchu, Montreal and many more.

We once spoke of uncertainty. Now, we starting facing the unknown. Our world is not marked just by rapid change, but by the collapse of old certainties.

Climate disruption, technological leaps, geopolitical instability, shifting identities — the ground beneath us is moving, and the maps we relied might no longer apply. In this landscape, research and innovation are not a luxury. It is a necessity. But not just in tools or tech — we need breakthroughs in thought, in governance, in relationships, in values to build a more desirable future.

This HLF annual summit will bring together curious minds, bold thinkers, and passionate changemakers from every field — tech, science, education, design, policy, and beyond. Whether you're a researcher pushing the boundaries, a private company reimagining the delivery of product and service, or a policy maker serving public interest and addressing societal challenge, your voice matters here. HLF mission is to foster meaningful dialogue, spark collaboration, and accelerate the discovery and application of cutting-edge ideas that respond to our world’s biggest challenges.

Expect during this annual summit thoughtful debates, inspiring stories, and actionable insights. Share your latest project. Ask questions. Explore what’s next. Learn from others who are navigating uncertainty with creativity and courage.

Innovation thrives on exchange — and a desirable future is something we can only create together.

Welcome aboard.
